When you request a quote, contact us, or use the EVO Growth Finder, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project description, website design preferences, selected features and budget/timeline preferences. We may also receive basic technical data needed to protect the form from abuse.
Why we use the information
We use enquiry information to answer your questions, prepare project proposals, communicate about work you requested and keep a record of those discussions. You do not have to opt into promotional messages to submit an enquiry. Marketing opt-in is separate and optional.
How enquiries are handled
The website is configured to store submitted enquiries as private WordPress records and to send a notification to fuzail.khan@evographics.co.za. Authorised staff may access these records to respond. Our web host and email service providers may process data in order to provide their services. We do not publish your submitted contact details on the website.
Retention
Website enquiry records are configured for a 90-day retention cleanup schedule once the new theme is activated. WordPress scheduled tasks depend on the site’s scheduler and visits, so retention should be monitored. Records relevant to an active business engagement may be kept separately for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
Cookies, analytics and external links
WordPress uses some cookies for essential site functions and logged-in users.
